We currently have exciting opportunities for talented sales associates to join our diverse and fashion forward floors. We have a unique mix of both UK home grown designers accentuating our British Heritage, and everyone’s favourite designer classics. If you consider yourself on trend and have a love for brands such as Dries Van Noten, Roksanda, Marni, APC and Isabel Marant then these floors are for you.
Key Accountabilities:
Engages with customers by approaching them and initiating conversation
Asks open ended questions to establish customer needs
Confidently demonstrates product knowledge
Maximises sale by offering additional products and services
Overcomes objections by offering alternatives
Takes every opportunity to promote and open Liberty Loyalty Card
Takes personal responsibility for ensuing customer problems are resolved
Creates further selling opportunities by taking customer details and contacting them to give them a reason to return
Who we would love to see:
The successful candidate for this area will come from a strong luxury retail background. Their product/brand/designer knowledge will be second to none, as well as their innate sense of style and fashion. They will have worked with a client book, have a strong understanding of the importance of building and maintaining relationships and have spectacular sales skills. They will have a full understanding of the needs of all our customers and will adapt their approach accordingly, offering a bespoke service to each and every Liberty customer.
