Role Overview:

We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate with luxury retail experience to join our fabulous Home department, working within our Seasonal Home space. This dynamic area celebrates key moments throughout the year, from Christmas collections and curated new edits, bringing together a unique mix of both UK brands and iconic designer classics, alongside statement homewares, art, and interior pieces that inspire all year round. Remaining as ever, ‘the chosen resort of the artistic shopper’, this space is at the heart of creativity and discovery.

What We Would Love to See:

• Exceptional knowledge of both niche and established home, lifestyle and gifting brands.

• Relevant experience in department-specific sales role.

• Strong communication skills.

• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• A high level of customer service.

• The ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• A natural collaborative spirit, contributing positively to the team and wider store environment.

• A proven ability to sell and consistently reach sales targets.
