Role Overview:

We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate with luxury retail experience to join our fabulous Home department, working within our Food Hall. This dynamic area celebrates the art of great taste, from indulgent chocolates and artisan confectionery to fine wines, spirits and beautifully curated hampers, bringing together a unique mix of iconic British producers and the finest international food and drink brands.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent product knowledge across our food, drink and gifting collections. You will deliver the most exceptional customer service and maximise sales at every opportunity.

What We Would Love To See:

• Strong knowledge of confectionery, fine food and drink, spanning both niche and established brands.

• A genuine passion for food and drink, with an understanding of flavour profiles, provenance and gifting occasions.

• Strong communication skills.

• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• A high level of customer service.

• The ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• A natural collaborative spirit, contributing positively to the team and wider store environment.

• A proven ability to sell and consistently reach sales targets.

• Relevant experience in department-specific sales role.

• A genuine appreciation for Liberty's heritage and the unique spirit that defines us.

Please note, this role will be offered on a part-time basis of 30 hours (4 days per week).
