Purchasing & IMPEX Executive
Role Overview:
We're looking for a highly organised Purchasing & IMPEX Executive to support greige stock management, supplier communications, and the administrative side of purchasing and import-export operations. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll be a key point of contact for day-to-day coordination, keeping deadlines on track and communication flowing smoothly across teams and suppliers.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin experience, ideally with exposure to textiles or supply chain, who enjoys variety, thrives on detail, and likes keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily agenda on Outlook, in line with the Chief of Staff's direction and the team's needs
Support the handling of domestic shipments and imports/exports, including documentation and on-time transportation to printers
Manage export documentation and certificates (e.g., BSC, CoO, ERF, ATR)
Gather files and documents ahead of deadlines for the Chief of Staff and the wider team
Support monthly updates to the internal database
Maintain archives of physical and digital documents and paperwork
Track orders and ensure timely deliveries in line with production and financial plans
Provide daily support for FedEx account management and shipments
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Gather and share relevant information to support the team's import-export requests
Manage the sample cut approval process, ensuring timelines are met
Handle the purchase order process with suppliers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
Stay informed on the business and help monitor core raw material pricing trends
About You:
Admin experience, ideally with a background in textiles
Solid understanding of supply chain procedures
Good level of Excel skills
Strong organisational skills
Able to stay focused while multitasking under pressure
A collaborative team player who supports others
A good eye for detail, with a methodical approach to processes
Able to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking
Proactive, with a bias to action
Eager to take on new challenges
Fluent in English
