Role Overview:

We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate with luxury retail experience to join our fabulous Fine Jewellery department at Liberty. This is a fixed-term contract ending the 1st August 2027, working 3 days per week. Our offer is a unique mix of UK home-grown designers and everyone's favourite designer classics, remaining as ever 'the chosen resort of the artistic shopper'.

This is a client-focused role for someone with a real passion for fine jewellery and a strong understanding of gemstones, precious metals and craftsmanship. You will deliver the most exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the collections with expert product knowledge and the stories behind the designers and their pieces. You will maximise sales at every opportunity, nurture repeat customers, and work closely with a collaborative team to achieve shared targets in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What We Would Love To See:

• Exceptional knowledge of both niche and established Jewellery brands.

• A strong understanding of gemstones, precious metals and jewellery materials.

• Strong communication skills.

• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• A high level of customer service.

• The ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• A natural collaborative spirit, contributing positively to the team and wider store environment.

• A proven ability to sell and consistently reach sales targets.

• Relevant experience in department-specific sales role.

• A genuine appreciation for Liberty's heritage and the unique spirit that defines us.
